This is a weekly playgroup and a parenting class all in one! Bring your bundle of joy (under 9 months) and spend time with other parents.

Join us as we explore and share helpful skills with other parents in our community. Topics to be discussed include adjusting to parenthood, negotiating family roles, establishing positive and consistent routines, incorporating Jewish ritual into your family life and finding a healthy balance as a parent. Your baby will enjoy age appropriate toys, music, stories and games.

A 6 week baby massage workshop is included in the meetings.
