Get ready for the annual APJCC Los Gatos New Year’s Body Transformation Challenge!
This 6- week program has been designed to kick start change to your nutrition and fitness routine to help you improve your physical fitness and lose weight. This comprehensive program includes:
- Two 60-minute group sessions with a personal trainer per week
- Weekly weigh ins and InBody composition scans
- One nutrition seminar with a certified Nutrition Coach
- At home accountability challenges and tracking sheets
How does it work?
Each participant will sign up with a trainer of their choosing. That trainer will have a designated meeting day and time in which you will discuss nutrition, receive fitness and nutrition challenges for the week, weekly measurements, and finish with a 30 min targeted workout.
Each trainer will lead a second workout during the week, and participants are free to attend any session from any trainer throughout the remainder of the week. Whether you prefer one specific session or wish to attend all of them, the flexibility is yours to embrace.

Matt – Tuesday 5:30am to 6:30am
Wendell – Monday 10:00 – 11:00 am
Justin – Monday 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Nastya – Wednesday 11:00 am – 12:00pm

Nastya – Friday 11:00 am – 12:00pm
Justin – Saturday 9:00 – 10:00 am
Participation in this challenge ensures that everyone emerges victorious! However, a male and a female contestant who successfully shed the highest percentage of body fat, as measured by the InBody, will be the challenge winners. Additionally, a third champion will be recognized for conquering the most weekly challenges.
