Healthy Aging | Exploring – Archi Rand
November 2 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Looking at contemporary art is not always easy; at times, it means to be pushed out of our comfort zones and make valuable connections between our conscious and subconscious thoughts; it means to connect our logical brain with our inner soul of abstract feelings.
Exploring contemporary art through our own lenses provides a personal form of fulfillment; it gives each of us a perspective to the way we experience and portrays the act of living!
My mother used to say: “wherever a person arrives, he brings himself along”.
Please bring your lenses to experience and share your observations!
The meetings will be moderated by Sigal Kletter, a docent with the Contemporary Jewish Museum for over 10 years.
Archi Rand is an admirer of all the “super-heroes” and comics magazines.
We will focus on the 613 Mitzvot exhibition, and the current CA traveling exhibition the ‘Amida’ (Eighteen blessings of the daily prayer)
