Join us for a community event commemorating the one year anniversary of the Los Gatos United Against Hate March.
A year ago in Los Gatos, we were coming together to stand united and march against hate. This year, on the one year anniversary of that march, during United Against Week, we are opening the Childhood Left at the Station exhibit on loan to us from the Holocaust Museum LA.
The evening will start with a short opening ceremony that will include partners from other communities impacted by genocide and coordinated campaigns of hate. It is important to talk about the ways that hate has impacted, and continues to impact, us all.
We will have light snacks and refreshments and an opportunity to view the exhibit. Our time together will conclude with a guided art project by a local artist, where attendees will create their own decorative signs declaring we are still United Against Hate.
