Women's Philanthropy

What is Women's Philanthropy

Women's Philanthropy is a division of the Jewish Federation of Silicon Valley. We hold social and cultural events, and offer a place for all women interested in Jewish community and Jewish philanthropy. For more information on our events or ways to get involved, call Arielle Hendel at (408) 357-7501.

Welcome to WP's new Presidents!

The Jewish Federation of the Silicon Valley welcomes Linda Mighdoll and Susie Brenner as they lead Women’s Philanthropy. JFSV is so fortunate to have two women both of whom grew up in San Jose and are now following in their mothers' footsteps as vibrant leaders committed to helping guide the Jewish community of the Silicon Valley/Greater San Jose.  Both Linda and Susie sent their children to the JCC preschool, JCC summer camps and to the Yavneh Day School.  Welcome Linda and Susie. We look forward to a stupendous year!

Wear your Philanthropy

Women in the community can identify fellow philanthropists by their jewelry. Donors at the $5,000 level receive a gold Lion of Judah pin. $1800 donors earn a pomegranate pin. More
