The JCRC seeks to teach and apply Jewish values to work toward a more just society and a strong, vibrant Jewish community.
The JCRC functions in two ways:
- Consensus-building within the Jewish community
- We obtain a plurality of support amongst our 12 member organizations in order to articulate a shared vision or agreed upon action.
- Partnerships across the broader community
- We collaborate with government, ethnic, religious and community entities on concensus issues affecting democratic and pluralistic concerns.
