men, women and water

The mikvah has been used for ritual purification for thousands of years. Jewish men have historically immersed in the mikvah waters for the sake of conversion and preceding the Sabbath and Yom Kippur. Jewish women have traditionally immersed in the mikvah waters prior to their marriage and to observe the laws of family purity (Niddah). The Community Mikvah of Silicon Valley offers all Jews the opportunity to explore and reclaim the traditional and creative possibilities that exist.

Mikvah has the potential to speak to specific needs or transitional moments in our life journey.Mikvahimage4
