In celebration of the Hebrew month of “Shevat,” The PJ Library® is collaborating with Congregation Emeth in Morgan Hill to present a special recycling program at the synagogue featuring a visiting garbage truck and driver from Recology. Children from 3-7 will learn the clean tools of garbage collection and how to make waste a re-usable resource. Participants are asked to bring used books and CDs to trade or donate to a library. The program will also include a storytime, craft activity, and snack. Free and open to the community. RSVP required to www.jvalley.org/pjlibrary by February 14. For more information, please contact Rabbi Leslie Alexander, The PJ Library® program professional, at rabbialexander@jvalley.org.
