Shabbat in Nature: Alum Rock Park

Meet at 10:00 am in the Ramada Group Picnic Area (take Penintencia Creek Road into the park, skip the first parking lot, pay $6 for parking and go to the main parking lot, approx. 1.8 miles up). Minyan led by Rabbi Magat and Cantor Simerly starts at 10:30 am
Park Hours are 8 a.m. to Sunset. Plan to spend as much of Shabbat at the Park as you like. Dogs are NOT permitted in Alum Rock Park. Sponsored by the Ritual Committee of Temple Emanu-El.

Participate in any or all of the following:
Shabbat minyan at 10:30 a.m. Picnic lunch (potluck – bring a dish to share) around noon. Discussion during and/or after lunch. Music! (bring your instrument). Group or individual hiking on beautiful park trails.
